Katie's Search For a New Home

Katie feels secure and happy in her Switzerland home, milking cows and making cheese in the small cabin in the Alps with her brother. But there is unrest in the country as more Anabaptists are being persecuted for their faith. It is becoming more real to the village and family every day.
The family is quickly making plans to move to the New World, the Americas, where Katie’s two brothers, Richard and Edward had already gone, two years earlier. Katie longs to see her older brothers again. But at what price? Leaving all her friends and everyone she has known all her life, except the family, to maybe never see them again?
